Not sure about this one. Spike and flower shape not right, but no other alternatives.

isn't it a rather sparse example of an alba Common Spotted? Butterfly orchids have long spurs which this plant lacks.

Agree with Rich. This is nice example of an albino Common Spotted orchid. Without the lip markings, identification can be difficult. The deeply 3-lobed lip and short spurs are distinctive.
