    Looks like Common Twayblade. The shape of the 'legs' can be very variable.

    Yes, though not as sepal-like as in var. friburgensis. Such forms are noted in the literature. An interesting specimen.

    The lateral sepals all look deflexed as in Common Fragrant. Labellum is broad like Marsh but the shoulders more resemble those of Common.
