Has there been a problem with the database?

Some of the herbarium records for checking have the correct species and date, but the locality and VC number belong to some other record. These aren't typing or transcription errors, but actual localities from different barcodes. This is not a healthy thing to see in a database! I hope it's a known issue that's now been fixed?
