  I've been given a few pictures my dad took in VC13 in the 1960s. Unfortunately he didn't mark the exact date, just the month and year. Does that rule them out of this study?

  Thanks - for this project we need the full date record. However, the records would still be of interest for the national database and you can submit records directly to the VC13 county recorder.
