Same thing here. the labels were wrong but not able to change the name. Seemed to pick up the other species name on the page

Historical herbarium sheet labels often record a former name or names which differ from the currently accepted name. If the species field has already been completed it will be the currently accepted name and you wont be able to change it.
If the field is void, please transcribe the species name verbatim as it appears on the specimen label - it may well be a former name or synonym and we will ascribe the current name in our database. Unless you know the current name of course, in which case you can enter it!

One of the specimens had been decapitated, only partial stem and root. Not able to say so.
